"It also features natural colors and textures in an open floor plan with custom carpets, artistic lighting and a luxurious style designed to lure Northwest Arkansas residents, casino officials said.
"...Construction of a new casino floor at Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is about 75 percent completed and on track for a fall opening, David Stewart, chief executive officer of Cherokee Nation Enterprises, wrote in an e-mail.
