Brighton Steakhouse wins high Zagat ratings.  Casino Hotel continues to receive top rankings against new competition from the prestigious Zagat Restaurant Survey. This year, the restaurant achieved its highest honor, having been named the Top Steakhouse in the state of New Jersey. Its score of 26/30 for food puts it in Zagat's highest category -- "extraordinary to perfection."
